lamps, that may have been returned to ELECTRIFIED by Amazon customers, contained PHILIPS
branded projection lamps that do not originate from Philips. Such counterfeit lamps may be of
inferior quality and infringe upon Philips’ exclusive IP rights in the PHILIPS name and trademark
Meanwhile these bulbs have been withdrawn from trade. We regret this situation and
have taken steps to prevent this from happening again.
